While the site was located on a major arterial road and contained an established service station, the Low Density Residential zoning constrained development opportunities and required an Impact Assessable development application.

SOLUTION

A planning pathway was identified, and the Development Application was prepared and coordinated in collaboration with the consultant team, and project managed through the assessment process.

OUTCOME

Development Approval was secured with no community submissions, facilitating the redevelopment of the site, significantly enhancing its value with a new drive-through food and drink outlet.
