CHALLENGE
Following strong demand since opening, Spring Early Learning Centre is seeking to extend its existing centre across the adjoining site, increasing capacity from 125 to 192 places.
The key challenge is integrating the expansion with the established centre while accommodating the additional childcare places, learning and play spaces, and associated access, parking and infrastructure requirements.

Infinitum Partners is leading the town planning and development approval process, working with our client and broader consultant team to prepare and progress the application.
The planning approach seeks to facilitate an integrated expansion of the established centre across the adjoining site, while addressing the associated built form, access, parking, amenity and infrastructure considerations.
OUTCOME
A Development Application has been lodged with the City of Moreton Bay for the proposed expansion. If approved, the expansion will deliver an additional 67 childcare places to support the growing Narangba East community.
