The site required a design outcome that met Council requirements while responding to the surrounding residential context and achieving a well-resolved built form outcome.
SOLUTION
The design was refined in collaboration with the client and consultant team to respond to planning controls and Council requirements, with the application coordinated through the approvals process.
OUTCOME
Development Approval was secured for six townhouses, enabling delivery of a well-resolved residential development in Scarborough.
