CHALLENGE
Located within the General Residential – Suburban Neighbourhood Precinct, the project required a Variation Request to support the proposed residential outcome while navigating flood, stormwater and infrastructure servicing constraints.
SOLUTION
Infinitum Partners developed the planning strategy and prepared and managed the Development Application, Variation Request, subdivision approvals and plan sealing, coordinating the approvals process from application through to delivery.
OUTCOME
Development approval was secured for a 21-lot residential subdivision comprising 14 freehold lots and seven community title lots, supporting increased housing diversity within one of the remaining residential infill opportunities in the established urban area.
